The most basic change regarding the values ​​of private passenger cars, which from 2014 will be calculated based on the retail price, in order to identify more accurately evidence of living, are the luxury tax and annual circulation taxes. For the latter, there are thoughts about paying them according to how many months the car is active each year, which at present seems difficult from a practical standpoint, since it requires organised coordination ( something that is not a strong pointi for the Greek public services) .
